The Big Rajah was founded in 1980 by John Joseph Xavier, who was awarded the "Pioneering Father of Food Catering" by the Indian Caterers Association in 2005. His legacy is lived on by his son, John William Xavier, a renowned celebrity in Malaysia’s commercial food catering. His vision of service excellence and uncompromising culinary standards lives on today as The Big Rajah continues to make inroads in the art and science of catering and event management to make every function, truly memorable.
